The Start - 1980s
Campbell Morden has been a management staffing and recruitment company since 1980. Colin Campbell and John Morden started this company as a humble sales/marketing and accounting recruitment company. John Morden specialized in sales/marketing within the plastics industry. Colin Campbell specialized in finance/accounting and insurance.
1990s
In 1990, Campbell Morden added Tanya Bassil to start an insolvency/bankruptcy and allied healthcare recruitment practice. She has worked with all of South-Western Ontario's leading insolvency and bankruptcy firms. For 25 years, she maintained an extensive database of many insolvency and bankruptcy professionals.
2020 - Present
With the sudden and unfortunate passing of Tanya Bassil in 2023, Tamara Liendo was added to the team to move forward with Tanya’s practice. Tamara continues to learn about the insolvency and bankruptcy practice and continues Tanya’s legacy in insolvency and healthcare with her current and new clients.
Campbell Morden continues to grow as a search firm in Canadian manufacturing operations, technical sales and sales management, insolvency/bankruptcy and allied health care.

Early 2000s
In 2003, Brian Pho was added to the company. Working with many mechanical and electrical/control designers in OEM shops, Brian brought a deep understanding of manufacturing and manufacturing recruitment to Campbell Morden. Brian started as an Account Manager in 2003 and quickly built his practice, where he eventually became a partner in 2010 when John Morden and Colin Campbell retired.
2010s
Working with Tanya Bassil, Brian became the practice leader in manufacturing/operations and technical sales, while Tanya continued to be a specialist recruiter in insolvency, bankruptcy, and allied healthcare. Brian and Tanya worked well together, building a solid Campbell Morden business in two separate and distinct areas.
