Description

Regional Corporate Chef
Location: Mississauga, ON (Highway 407/401) 
5 Days In Office (Non Remote)  (Highway 407/401)

Salary: Base Salary: $83,000 + $22,000 Annual Bonus + 20 Paid Time Off

We have been retained by our client to search for a Regional Corporate Chef. Reporting to the National Corporate Chef, the Regional Corporate Chef is involved in after-sales support, product / menu and recipe development utilizing Rational product. Special focus will be working with after sales support.  This will include: Training of customers in key accounts (optimizing new features on our client’s product line), Training and development of operating procedures and provide training to Regional Sales Managers for their live cooking demonstrations). Training key accounts on menu development, product optimization and training new customers on new features and benefits of our client’s products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide consultation (new features, benefits) on our client’s product line by phone and in person.
  • Support an efficient and a comprehensive as well as long-term freelancer network
  • Schedule and train Regional Sales Managers and Freelancers on new features, and product applications.
  • Assist with Regional and National Trade Shows. Determine new products, practices and best practices to improve application development.
  • Support Marketing initiatives including videos and live broadcasts, in-person target market events.
  • Perform audits in Market of Regional Sales Manager
  • Familiar with our client’s product line.

Requirements

You will possess:

  • Proven long time experience in the culinary arts. (Executive Chef, Restaurant owner)
  • Experience in working with key accounts on training, identifying customer needs and developing standard operating procedures, new recipe/menu development to best utilize our client’s products.
  • Outstanding presentation capabilities with very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have and utilized MS Office.
  • Should be willing to travel (forecast 30%) with a valid Drivers license.
  • Ability to speak other languages is an asset
  • Read/Write and analyze reports and ability present information effectively and respond to questions from end-users.
  • Advanced English abilities.
