Business Analyst
Industry: Manufacturing, Industrial Companies.
Total Compensation: Depends on Experience.
This position provides multi department support, for the purpose of maximizing operational efficiency and thus lowest cost and highest margin. Typical support would range from Marketing “Spending-effectiveness” and Sales “Lead conversion/price-excellent” to Service/Systems “Workflow, capacity-management, parts-logistics/costing” and finance “Special business case prep”.
You are:
Business process enthusiast. You use software Tools (Excel, SQL). You understand 5S, Kaizan and LEAN. You are meticulous with detail analysis and excellent project planning skills using GANT(T) charts.
5-7 years of industrial and/or B2B commercial environment is ideal. Mid-Late career and Excellent ERP Knowledge and ideally suited to contribute to large scale implementation of SAP-ERP early in their tenure.
Some of your Job Responsibilities will include:
- Collection and aggregation of business data from various sources (ERP, CRM, HR, Kanban, Board) and external sources (industry reports and databases)
- Create Business Intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, Access etc.)
- Maintain , update and improve existing business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems or methods (Based on SQL Databases, SSIS jobs and connected Excel Dashboards.

- Generate standard reports, data extracts and dashboards summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support the use of data (ie. Contribute to analysis and solution development) for all company departments (eg. business development, sales, service, systems, finance)
- Automate collection, aggregation and display of performance KPIs for all business processes and departments.
- Coordinate the data analysis and mapping in preparation for our ERP Transition from MS Dynamics GP to SAP S4/HANA in 2024.
Requirements
You will posses :
- Undergraduate business or industrial-engineering, or working on CMA
- 5-7 years B2B combined : commercial-operations, inside-sales, process-engineering
- Data Business Tools : PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, Access, ERP (Ex SAP, GP)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in support of reporting and proposals
