Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales
Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Food Service
Non-Hybrid (5 days in office).

We have been retained by our multi-national German client to search for a Customer Service Representative. Reporting directly to Director of Customer Care, the CSR will provide all inside sales support for Regional Sales Manager in a Canadian Territory. There are 4 CSR on the team, and you will provide administrative and organizational support to all key accounts across Canada. Fast paced organization and critical to the growth of the Canadian Territory.

Our client has moved into a brand new 15,000 square foot facility. This facility is state-of-the-art featuring new office space, kitchen demonstrations and a corporate chef on board.

You will be responsible for:

  • Check Inventory, monitor back orders, provide quotations, order entry, delivery and AR Follow Up to respective dealers using SAP Software.
  • Data Entry and inputting all customer related and sales related data to SalesForce CRM and SAP SD Module
  • Ensure all dealer accounts have sufficient and current credit coverage with external company wide credit insurance
  • Recommend and implement improvement to sales/marketing/administrative procedures and processes.

You will possess:

  • 3 years of Inside Sales / Administrative / Organizational support to a Sales team within a fast – paced environment
  • Must have Knowledge of SAP Standard SD Module or any related experience ERP software.
  • Excellent technical skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working Knowledge of CRM Salesforce
  • Culinary experience or interest working in Food Service ias an asset.
  • Ability to Speak / Write and Understand (English) is a must and analyze business periodicals, trade journals.
