Description

We are a Canadian Based Manufacturing and Technical Sales based recruitment company. Leveraging our success since 1980, we have formed strong relationships within the Canadian Manufacturing landscape. Our clients are varied ranging from Metal Working, Plastics, Food Packaging, Food Processing, Machinery Builders (OEM) and Machinery Distributors within Canada. We work with both large corporate multi-nationals that have a Canadian base office to entrepreneurial start-ups willing to grow their business to the next level. With a steady increase in business within the last 3 years, we are searching for an Executive Recruiter. The demand on finding the "Right Fit" talent is high within companies and we are witnessing a loss of efficiency in our client's business due to lack of talent that there is in the labour market. Our Business Needs demand that we bring forth an Executive Recruiter to our team.  

Requirements

Who are you and What will you be doing?

  • Manage a 360 desk. Everything from Sourcing Candidate, Project Management , Offer Negotiation leading to a successful close.
  • Sales and Business Development. Growing our existing Manufacturing client base through Lead Generation, Referrals and Strengthening our presence within the Canadian Marketplace.
  • You must be comfortable communicating with Senior Business and Engineering leaders and become a trusted advisor to Senior Management team of leading companies within Canada.
  • Assisting our Recruitment Partners in their executive search mandates while building and sourcing a desk on your own with your own clients.
  • Solid Understanding of the Canadian Manufacturing and Engineering Marketplace. Transitioning or prior experience with B2B sales is essential for this role.
  • We are 'Technical Recruiters". We understand what Manufacturing is about. You can picture yourself walking through a Plant Floor and having a solid understanding of Industrial Automation, PLC, Hydraulics , SolidWorks Design and you understand what Continuous Improvement principles are.
