An IME client in Toronto is recruiting for an Assessor Relations and Development Specialist working closely with the Intake Department and reporting to the Directors for any assessor related concerns.
Provide daily supervision and oversight into all aspects of assessor recruitment, onboarding, orientation and management. This includes management of pre-booked appointments, capacity planning, credentialing, score carding and training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise all staff within the Assessor Relations/Recruitment Department, including training, supporting and performance management.
Ensure adequate supply of pre-book appointments for Intake Department to ensure assessments can be scheduled within 12-15 days business days and confirmation to customer within 24 hours.
Ensure all assessors have updated profiles, are in good standing with their respective colleges and HCAI registered on an annual basis.
Develop and manage the assessor fee negations process to ensure fees are consistent with gross profit targets.
Provide support and input into Smart Simple booking system
Work with Business Analyst to report on assessment fees and rosters on a weekly basis
Assist Directors for all assessor-related escalation issues
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of assessors
Minimum of three years’ work experience in an assessment-based organization, preferably within the assessor relations/assessor management.
Experience managing staff
A business degree or significant organizational/management experience would be considered an asset.
